W. Nikki Pearson, ordained minister,  serves as an Associate Pastor, group facilitator for Women's

Focus Studies workshops, and Bible Institute Instructor at the  First Baptist Church of Glenarden, Maryland.

Frequently, she serves as keynote speaker and workshop facilitator at women's conferences and retreats.

She preaches, teaches and sings at churches, detention centers, adult drug and alcohol rehabilitation

treatment centers, and women's shelters, throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, 

the East Coast, and as far away as Grand Cayman and St. Marteen Islands. Her sermons and workshops are scripture based and are laced with her personal testimonies of God's amazing grace, healing power, mercy, and love.

 

Reverend Nikki believes that all women have the capacity to live a meaningful life that is free of long-term problems caused by the issues, hurts, and disappointments of their past. She knows personally that the

catalyst for this to happen comes by hearing, believing, speaking, and acting on the Word of God. (Mark 5:34).
